Train-the-Trainer
We will train and certify individuals you have assigned to facilitate generic and/or customized Normand & Associates training program(s) within your company. All facilitation materials will be provided in a customized Facilitator’s Guide package. Assistance on an as-needed basis is also provided to certified trainers.
